Friends of Sandton Library sale
SANDTON - Friends of Sandton Library will host the Grand Book Sale, on 6 and 7 May and is calling on locals to donate and buy second hand books that are still in good condition.
Keith Elliot, chairman of Friends of Sandton Library, invites members of the community to donate and purchase books at the library’s next grand book sale.
“As ever, the local community has been more than generous in donating hundreds of books in good condition in the last few weeks, which means the next Grand Book Sale, on Friday the 6th, all day, and Saturday the 7th of May, morning only, will be a good place to be,” he said.
“Ninety percent of books on display will be only R20.”
Elliot added that people were welcome to donate more books on the day.
