Attend the Happy Hour Tour in Jozi
JOBURG - Jozi’s premier live entertainment venue will kick off the new year with the 5FM Happy Hour Tour, a party like no other.
Fans of The Roger Goode Show on 5FM, which airs each day at 4pm, have been jamming to the Happy Hour since its introduction, and the station is now taking the show on the road with several Happy Hour parties around the country, beginning in the heart of Jozi at the Bassline.
The public can expect a rocking night of fist-pumping sets from some of the country’s most popular DJs including Roger Goode, Ryan the DJ, Pascal and Pearce and DJ Euphonik, as well as a number of special guests.
Bassline has hosted exciting events and is a venue of major historical significance as it has contributed to the rise of a number of musicians in the country and the evolution of South African jazz music.
With regular nights hosting the country’s best music and comedy, Bassline is one of Jozi’s larger capacity venues and has thrived for almost 22 years, continuously adding versatile events to their entertainment roster.
Based in Newtown in the throbbing metropolis of Johannesburg, it continues to bring the best nights out to the public, in addition to exposing them to an array of cultures.
Coinciding with the tour, the Happy Hour album will be released – a double disc compilation including specially selected tracks by Roger Goode, Ryan the DJ and Pascal and Pearce.
