Bring a whole bunch of friends and have a barrel of fun at the annual StreetFest happening on Melle Street, Braamfontein on 3 October.
The event, which is hosted by South Point Accommodation, is sure to attract quite a crowd with more than 3 500 students residing in the Braamfontein area. Keith Mafu of South Point said, “This event is also an opportunity to showcase the regenerated Braamfontein environment and culture that South Point aims to grow.”
Mafu added that they had previously run the event solely with Miller Genuine Draft, but this year they would partner up with a number of SAB brands.
“We will block off three streets instead of one street like in the past years,” he said.

With performances by Cashtime Life, Ms Cosmo, Twins on Decks, Mobi Dixon, Dotcom, Miss Kay, Sofaya and other local talent, the StreetFest is sure to be an outrageous party filled with live music, refreshing drinks and a great, vibey young crowd.
StreetFest will be happening on 3 October from 2pm onwards at Melle Street, Braamfontein.
