Bowling to victory
BRYANSTON – The Bryanston Sports club had an impressive win at the JBA bowls tournament on 18 April
Johannesburg Bowls Association (JBA) held their bowls pairs tournament on 18 April.
Bryanston Sports Club members Prince Neluonde and Victor Siphali convincingly beat top bowlers Louis Klopper and Lance Sayce of Belgravia Bowls Club.
President of Bryanston Sports Club, Tony Mazaris said the win was a proud moment for the club.
“Victor and Prince had an exceptional win on Sunday. Gerry Baker, Prince, and Victor won the JBA men’s trips with Victor finishing runner-up in the JBA men’s singles. He narrowly lost the singles final to Protea bowler Jason Evans.”
With a stellar history, the Bryanston Sports Club has an impressive record of men and women members participating in national, provincial, and district sides.
