Fig is the governing body for gymnastics worldwide and is the oldest reputable international sporting federation in the world.

Zoonekynd increased her training over the past three weeks and has used the world cup to train for the 2017 World Games in Wroclaw, Poland, set to take place in July. “I am always pushing myself to the limits because I want to be the best in the world,” Zoonekynd said.

“I sometimes look at the routines that the men are doing and wonder if I can do that too. I practise really hard to get it right and I am always aspiring to reach for the gold.”
