Empact group CEO Alan Quinn said that this was the fourth year in which the organisation was bringing all its employees together in a way which allows people to get to know one another’s heritages better.

“Heritage Day has become our annual day of celebrations; we aren’t only celebrating South African heritages, but our organizational heritage as well,” said Quinn. “This is where we celebrate our cultures, values, purpose, and who we are as an organisation. We also get to take a little time out, and have some fun.”
