Sandown-new upmarket development launching to cater to active urban seniors

“Consider yourself so fortunate to be part of the Circle family”

Circle is a boutique senior living brand with a wealth of experience and resources in the retirement space. It aims to differentiate itself by offering upmarket urban homes, facilities and buying options where residents are encouraged to maintain their independence and get the most out of every phase of their journey. The first development is currently launched for sale in Sandown, Sandton.

“One should have a choice when buying a home, both financially and in the design. Once you’ve settled in a place that you love, you shouldn’t have to worry about moving again if your health deteriorates but should have access to the tools that keep you as independent and active for as long as possible,” said Breedt Rammutla, the CEO and co-founder of Circle Living.

The on-site medical team consists of a care manager, qualified registered nurses, enrolled nurses and caregivers that cater to what is traditionally known as independent, assisted, frail and memory care. The Sandown centre will have a community-driven calendar that promotes socialising in areas such as the yoga room, coffee shop, restaurant, pool, party venue and retail section as well as ‘me time’ amenities like spas and an on-site cinema, a business hub and assistant concierge plus a children’s area and luxury lounges where you can enjoy spending time with your families.

Hilda Jacobs, one of the seniors at Circle Living, defines the moment as relief and excitement.

“I am relieved that I will no longer have to worry about security and maintenance. I will have the best healthcare on my doorstep,” said Jacobs.
