Msawenkosi Chubeka, better known by his stage name MSA, enters into a new phase of his artistry following the release of his recent single.
Titled Isikhathi and featuring Lady Steezy, the release of the single marks the Illovo resident’s return to the music scene.
According to Chubeka, the track combines a combination of dope beats and stunning instrumentals that would easily gladden the heart and soul of a sadist.
“Isikhathi is about reassurance. It’s an African love story of two lovebirds expressing their love for each other.

“We are getting good airplay on radio stations. The music video will be out in a week. So, I will be releasing a series of EPs, singles, and albums. I have so many songs in my vault, and I still record music every day.”
He has already cemented his position in the industry, having worked with the likes of Ice Prince, L-tido, Kwesta, Mlindo the Vocalist and Blaklez. He already has a debut album in the works.
With a full body of work on the horizon, Isikhathi is a gentle reminder of Chubeka’s ability to take the soul on a journey, setting the tone for a new era.
