As Johannesburg Pride makes its highly anticipated return to Sandton on October 29, residents and motorists are encouraged to take note of the road closures.
Rivonia Road between Sandton Drive and Fifth Street be blocked off and brought to life with vibrant colours, music and smiles as the community celebrates advocacy, activism and equality.

Rivonia Road between Fifth Street and Sandton Drive will be closed from October 28 at 20:00.

Attendees will start arriving at 11:00 on October 29 and the event will start at 12:00.
The parade will begin at 14:00 on Rivonia Road, move up Fifth Street, right into Maude Street before returning to Rivonia Road.
The event will end at 21:00 and Rivonia Road will be fully reopened on October 30 by 07:00.
