Major burst pipe on William Nicol Drive affects water supply in Sandton and surrounds
Johannesburg Water has said that a major pipe burst on the corner of Witkoppen Road and William Nicol Drive is affecting the Sandton and surrounding areas.
Johannesburg Water on September 23 reported that a major burst pipe in Lonehill, on the corner of Witkoppen Road and William Nicol Drive, has affected water supply to the Sandton and surrounding areas.
According to the entity on social media, the Bryanston Reservoir and Bryanston Water Tower had been isolated at midnight to allow for repairs.

Affected areas include Bryanston, Lyme Park, Rivonia, Fourways, Magaliesig, Witkoppen, Maroeladal, Craigavon, Dainfern, Kengies, Lonehill, Beverly, Paulshof , Pineslopes, Magaliesig View and Noscot.
Another major burst pipe affects Houghton and surrounding areas.
