Police sensitise the community to use the suggestion box

Bramley Police Station urges the public to use the suggestion box at the station.

The management of Bramley Police Station encourages everybody who comes to the station for any reason to use the suggestion box to assist the station in providing better services.

Bramley Police Station spokesperson Captain Molefe Mogodi said the box is placed near the entrance to the Client Service Centre and it is blue in color.

Any person who has suggestions, complaints, or compliments may do so by filling out a form found in a file in the Client Service Centre and dropping it into the blue box.

The station commander and the officer who is assigned to record information will be the only ones who know what they wrote, and after the information has been read, feedback will then be provided to the person concerned.

“Suggestions without contact details will be considered and implemented if practical.”
