Crawford International Sandton College held its highly anticipated annual Fun Run and Walk event on August 31, which turned out to be a resounding success despite the chilly weather.
The event, aimed at promoting physical fitness and community spirit, saw an impressive turnout as learners, teachers, and community members gathered in large numbers to participate.

The event kicked off early in the morning with enthusiastic participants braving the cold to support the cause.
The Fun Run and Walk offered both a challenging and scenic route, allowing participants to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding area while engaging in physical activity.

The cold weather did little to dampen spirits, as runners and walkers of all ages embraced the event with energy and enthusiasm.
One of the highlights of the day was the strong sense of camaraderie and community that filled the air. Learners, teachers, and residents came together, not just for physical activity, but also to strengthen bonds within the community.
After the race, participants were treated to a wide array of delicious food from various stalls set up on the school grounds. From traditional favourites to international cuisine, there was something to satisfy every palate.
