Nattuvangam, Bharatanatyam, and Kalaripayattu Intensive

Join the Nattuvangam, Bharatanatyam, and Kalaripayattu Intensive from the Moksha Academy of the Arts. The dance development workshop will highlight: Dive into Talam and Sollukattu Basics; elevate one’s art with Jathi Recitations; and explore the ancient martial art form of Kalaripayattu. The performer K Sarveshan, an artist of South African Indian descent specialising in Bharatanatyam, skillfully combines various art forms, including Kalaripayattu, yoga, Indian Folk, Kathak, and Carnatic Music. Initially trained by Savitri Naidoo, his Bharatanatyam expression was refined under the mentorship of Natyaacharya Shanta and V.P. Dhananjayan. Sarveshan’s diverse experiences with institutions such as Bharata Kalanjali, Spanda Dance Company, and The University of Cape Town establish him as an accomplished performer, choreographer, and educator.

High School Expo 2024
Looking for a good and nice school for your child? Join the High School Expo 2024, which will run from 14:00 to 18:00 on February 8 at the Bryandale Primary School Hall. All schools, public or private, get to showcase their school to thousands of Grade 6 and 7 learners face-to-face, a specifically targeted, diverse group of visitors. Learners get to view up to 30 schools in one place, an opportunity to see schools that they would not have necessarily considered before. They can ask questions and receive as much information as possible.
