The City of Joburg Emergency Services (EMS) reponded to a structural fire at Taxicome Street in Marlboro at about 16:00.
“On arrival, the firefighter crew found the five bedroom double story building well alight, and fortunately, all occupants managed to vacate the house,” said EMS’ spokesperson Nana Radebe-Kgiba
“Fire Safety officers are currently on scene to conduct preliminary investigations of what caused the fire.”
All necessary authorities are present.
