Transition Football learns from the best

Learning from the best, Transition Football in Bryanston recently hosted coaches from renowned Scottish football club Celtic FC.

Transition Football continues to work hard in developing its players and coaches.

Following the Bryanston-based club’s announcement of its partnership with renowned Scottish football club Celtic FC, a handful of coaches from the Celtic’s journey to the club.

According to Transition Football managing director Claudio Lorenzani, the coaches oversaw various practice sessions and trained with the players. This kick-started the three-year partnership between the clubs.

“The players had an amazing time and learned so much. For two of the best players, one junior and one senior, were selected to attend the academy trip [to Scotland] and will have all their costs covered from flights to accommodation.”

The coaches’ visit also served as great preparation for a group of the Transition Football players who will be attending a week in Scotland and England for trials and assessments in August.

Lorenzani added that the club also recently signed a new official sponsor for the 2022/2023 season.

“Flight Centre has seen the great opportunity we will be providing these players abroad and will be our official sponsor for the 2022/2023 season.”
