Emergency water shutdown in Sandton
Joburg Water will conduct repairs on a major burst pipe in Sandton, resulting in a water outage on May 12.
Johannesburg Water would like to inform Sandton residents of an emergency water shutdown scheduled for May 12.
According to the City entity, the shutdown will take place from 08:00 to 17:00.
The nine-hour shutdown will allow the utility to repair a major pipe burst on the corner of Rivonia Road and Grayston Drive.
Joburg Water estimates that approximately 2 000 properties will be affected across Morningside, Morningside Manor, Strathavon, Sandown and Kramerville.
