Little Ashford group donates to hospital

BRYANSTON – Little Ashford aims to make a difference through their donation drop-off at the hospital.

Representatives from various Little Ashford branches, including Bryanston, donated essential items to the families of children with cancer.

To spread awareness of cancer, Little Ashford worked with various individuals and organisations to arrange a donation drop-off at Nicus Lodge-Tshwane District Hospital on February 2.

The planning of the project began near the end of 2021. The contributions of essential products such as toilet paper, washing powders and gift bags for children were mainly given by the parents and staff members of Little Ashford.

Principal of Little Ashford Bryanston Christine Smith said, “I feel so privileged to be working for a company that allows us to get involved with such great community projects that are in such need of outside help. I would like to thank all the families over the Little Ashford Group that have participated in this collection. It will go a long way to help the families of cancer patients. And I would like to ask the broader community to get involved with this organisation that is in such great need.”

Principal of Little Ashford Rhodesfield Yolande Savage added, “Little Ashford aims to educate, love and nurture as many little ones as we can but we also strive to help those in need in any way we can. The Nicus Lodge will forever have a special place in Little Ashford Rhodesfield’s heart and I am looking forward to all the experiences that we will be sharing together.”
