“Some older people are scared of running while others will want to get their fitness back safely,” explained Nomalanga Nyanda, who along with Suzan Chala-Patel, will launch the sport at Old Parks after a successful stint in Emmarentia.

“Generally we are looking for people 45 and up, but we will welcome younger people who want to be fit. They must just understand the sport may be slower than they are used to. We will start social and then see if people want leagues.”
