Brescia House School looks back on a year of silver linings

BRYANSTON – In the true spirit of our school motto, Serviam (I will serve), we have seen people step into the arena to do just that, said the heads of Brescia House School.

As we near the end of yet another year, the heads of Brescia House School emphasise the importance of positivity and community.

In a holiday message by the head of the high school, Loredana Borello, and head of the preparatory school Deborah Zambon, the pair emphasised the power of school and community during this year.

“As we reach the end of yet another challenging year, it is easy to fall into a negative spiral with all the difficulties that this second Covid-19 year has presented us with.

“Yet, we can also choose to see the silver linings, and this is what we at Brescia House School have chosen to do.”

The school heads are grateful for the parents, learners and staff who have shown up and remained committed and enthusiastic in their support and service to the school and its community.

“In the true spirit of our school motto, Serviam (I will serve), we have seen people step into the arena to do just that,” said the joint message.

The school would like to extend an enormous thank you to everyone for their generosity, time and resources to support the various agencies and partnerships, as well as the school itself.

“May you all enjoy a prosperous New Year. To our matrices of 2021, thank you for your resilience and positive attitude. God bless you as you begin your new journey ahead.”
