Jumping into the holiday season

SANDTON – Parkour is an art form that involves using your body to move efficiently and swiftly through any natural environment.

Sandton’s very own parkour community at the Concrete Foundation Crew would like to wish the community a happy holiday season ahead.

Based out of the Sandton Sports club, the leading parkour training academy has been going strong for more than 10 years now, catering to determined individuals of all ages and skill levels.

“We wish you a beautiful festive season, sending our love and thanks to everyone out there,” said the foundation’s Bjorn de Klerk.

Parkour is an art form that involves using your body to move efficiently and swiftly through any natural environment.

The academy offers parkour training, personal training, fitness classes and professional show choreography.

The parkour training is open to all members of the community, regardless of their age and skill level.

According to de Klerk, who is an expert at parkour, as long as you are willing to start with the basics, you can go far and high.
