Country Club kick-starts annual Club to Club run

WOODMEAD – Despite the hot weather, the annual Club to Club race saw dozens of runners and walkers take to the trails.

The residents belonging to the Country Club Johannesburg’s Woodmead and Auckland Park clubs took to the trails on October 31 for the annual Club to Club race.

Participants began at the Auckland Park clubhouse, journeyed along the Braamfontein Spruit before ending at the Woodmead clubhouse.

With a choice of either the classic route (24km), mini route (14km) or the family route (5km), there was a route for everyone.

“Thank you to everyone who participated in the first C2C run of the season. The morning was an absolute hit,” said the club on social media.
