A dawn for a new South Africa calls upon the citizens of the country to make their mark in this year’s ward council election scheduled on November 1.
KGOLANE PHAHLAMOHLAKA, ACTION SA: I will fight to improve communication on service delivery issues and shorten the response time to dealing with basic queries. I will champion safer communities by ensuring that the JMPD is fully capacitated and adequately trained to assist residents. I will achieve this by making follow-ups on matters raised.DAVID POTTER, DA: Vote for a councillor candidate who you know has a proven track record of responding to queries and does their best. I will tell you upfront that councillors do not get it right every time. The time is now (November 1, 2021) and we are hopeful that in the next five years real delivery will be restarted and basic services delivered.
