Individual jumps to their death in Sandton City

An individual tragically died at Sandton City on October 13.
The shopping mall management confirmed on social media on October 13 that the individual allegedly jumped to their death at approximately 20:26.
Sandton City confirms that on 13 October 2021, at approximately 20:26 an individual jumped to their death.

The centre management added that the South Africa Police Service were on the scene.
“Sandton City Management sends their deepest condolences to the family of the deceased.”
Captain Bheki Xulu of the Sandton Police Station confirmed that an inquest docket has been opened.
