Crawford staff help flatten the curve

SANDTON – The Department of Basic Education continues to encourage more educators and those in the education sector to get vaccinated as soon as possible.

Crawford International Sandton took the leap towards curbing the fight against Covid-19.

Staff members from the Pre-Primary School recently received their jabs as part of the roll-out aimed at vaccinating the public and private education sectors.

According to school principal Lucinda Pinto, it was such a privilege to have the teachers be part of such an important moment in history.

“It was an extremely emotional day as the staff realised the full meaning of receiving the vaccination. We realise that we are part of the four million people who have been vaccinated, out of a population of 60 million.”
