Fidelity ADT launches new Bryanston branch

BRYANSTON – “We are here for the community and not only our clients.”

Fidelity ADT has opened a new Bryanston branch aimed at implementing the group’s localisation strategy in order to better serve their clients and the community.

CEO of Fidelity Services Group Wahl Bartmann said, “In our urban areas specifically, we have seen the value of hyper localised solutions that are customised for those specific areas. This approach impacts significantly on agility and improved service delivery.” Bartmann said it has necessitated a rethink of how Fidelity is structured in bigger suburbs, giving rise to the launch of urban branches in the Gauteng regions. “It’s the age-old adage, ‘the bigger you get, the smaller you must become’ and that’s where the customisation really comes to the fore.”

The new structure ensures a smaller customer-to-management ratio with each branch headed by a manager who has full ownership and responsibility for branch performance.

Branch manager servicing the Bryanston and Morningside communities Josh Nel explained, “We are localising. We are a big organisation coming to ground level, changing our model and getting up close and personal with crime and building our relationship with clients. There will always be issues, but it is about how we resolve them.

“We are here for the community and not only our clients.”

He added that Fidelity ADT and eblockwatch are in the process of making a ‘Safe Circle’ next to their offices at 300 Bryanston Drive.

Residents are encouraged to visit eblockwatch on Facebook or www.adt.co.za to find out more or call ADT on 086 12 12 400.
