Bring joy to the frail this Easter

Park Care Centre in Parktown West requests assistance from the community to bring joy to the frail this Easter.

Business development officer Jaqui Smith said, “Be an Easter miracle this year and welcome these amazing frail care residents to your Easter weekend table of feasting.”

Smith said that the centre’s frail residents always face the biggest challenges during celebration times, especially being within the confines of a 24/7 specialised nursing care facility. Locals can assist by inviting one or two residents to dine with them for the day or donate confectionary items such as Easter eggs or other Easter delicacies.

Financial donations are also welcome. “Park Care’s cause is incomplete without your considerable support. Your donation is extremely important to our cause, and we’d like to thank you for your participation. Your responsive generosity will help to make dreams come true.” To find out more or receive Park Care’s banking details, email bdo@parksorg.org.za
