Reach for a Dream remembers International Childhood Cancer Day

ILLOVO – International Childhood Cancer Day is remembered to help raise awareness that early detection can save lives.

Reach for a Dream, based in Illovo, remembers International Childhood Cancer Day (celebrated on 15 February) by reminding everyone of the importance of raising awareness and early detection among families.

Marketing manager at Reach for a Dream Roxanne Manuel said, “Every day our precious dreamers are fighting life-threatening illnesses like cancer and we believe that it is up to us to ensure these children receive great moments of joy through the fulfilment of dreams.”

The organisation encourages the public to help us raise awareness by spreading the word and becoming more aware of the many cancer-related illnesses that affect children.

Today we observe International Childhood Cancer Day, a day we are all urged to raise awareness and express support to children fighting cancer, as well as the young survivors who have been affected.#ChildhoodCancer#ChildhoodCancerDayAwareness#Inspire#Hope#Warriors#Fight
