The Knowledge Base in association with Bryandale Primary School organises yearly exhibitions for Grade 6 and 7 learners to provide information from different high schools they could go to. Learners come with their parents to the exhibition to help them make informed decisions about their future.
The initiative was started 14 years ago by one of the parents at Bryandale Primary School and another from Montrose Primary School. It was hosted as a display for schools.

Di MacDonald, general manager at The Knowledge Base, said they invite both government and private schools. They are targeting all learners of Grade 6 and 7 in all of the schools within a 60km radius.
There were a number of stalls with representatives from different high schools providing information about their high school.

With a lot of high schools represented, learners got a lot of information from the stalls. Most of the schools attend the exhibitions throughout the year to distribute as much information as they can to learners.
