Bryanston High School wishes the community lots of rest

BRYANSTON – Bryanston High School wishes the community a well-deserved break.

Bryanston High School has had a busy year and looks forward to the assured successes of 2020.

Principal John Skelton said that their top highlight for 2019 was the commencement of building their new Astro facility. He added that good sporting and excellent athletics results together with the best musical they have had in a long time made this year extra special.

The high school faced only a few challenges namely, a mass of Grade 8 applications (1 700 in total), admissions and the sad departure of staff emigrating.

Skelton said 2020 has its promises and he is looking forward to new staff, growing their sporting facilities and, of course, a great group of new Grade 12s who will be brilliant leaders.

“It has been such a busy year with lots of challenges… I hope the Bryanstonians take this time to spend with their friends and family and have a blessed break,” concluded Skelton.
