The annual Redhill Arts Festival seeks to provide young artists and performers with a platform to display their work.
This year’s festival will be hosted on 4 and 5 October and will feature a number of highly acclaimed theatre productions, a Watershed concert, children’s inflatable entertainment area, fringe performances, lectures, workshops and food trucks.
Redhill hosted its first art festival four years ago and hopes to give up-and-coming performers a platform to perform their work.
The festival will start from 5.30pm on 4 October and from 9.30am on 5 October. Tickets will cost R200 per person and include general access to the giant kids’ inflatable area, Watershed concert, day and night market, food trucks and live entertainment. Tickets will be available at the door.
