Region B to host open days to address billing queries
JOBURG – The open days will be held on 19 and 20 June for residents to address their billing concerns.
The City of Johannesburg will be hosting regional open days to address billing queries from residents.
The Region B open days will be held at the Region B Recreation Centre on 38 Harley Street. Region B includes parts of Bryanston, Hyde Park, Hurlingham, and Craighall. The open days will be held on 19 and 20 June from 9am to 3pm.
The purpose of the open days is to provide municipal account holders with an opportunity to resolve their queries on the spot. An emphasis will be on attending to queries that are older than 30 days.
On these days, there will be representatives from City Power, Joburg Water, Pikitup, valuations, rates and taxes, billing management, customer services and more to address queries related to billing with the goal of resolving queries immediately. Residents will also have the opportunity to share their concerns with senior management from the City.
