Public meeting at Bryanston Country Club to inform residents about Land Use Scheme

BRYANSTON – The meeting will inform residents how the new scheme might affect them.


A public meeting will be hosted at the Bryanston Country Club on 7 March to inform residents about the Land Use Scheme.

The new City of Johannesburg Land Use Scheme, 2018 was published by the City on 2 January this year and came into operation on 1 February. Dukes Attorneys will be hosting the meeting in order to discuss some of the effects of the scheme as well as the effects of the Inclusionary Housing Scheme and the Nodal Review Policy, which have not yet become legislation.
