Bryanston High gives back

BRYANSTON – Learners and staff from Bryanston High School handed out dozens of gifts to residents at the Forest Farm Centre.

Learners and staff from Bryanston High School shared the festive spirit with residents of the Forest Farm Centre for people with cerebral palsy.

A collection at the school helped raise money for individual gifts for each of the residents as well as two sandpits with kinetic sand which provides therapeutic benefits for those with cerebral palsy.

Forest Farm Centre is a residential facility for adults with cerebral palsy, a condition that is sustained at birth or in infancy, which leads to mobility and cognitive disabilities. Bryanston High School has developed a relationship with the care centre and invite residents to attend their major productions each year. This year they wanted to ensure that residents enjoyed their festive season.
