Delays mean Marlboro Licensing Department is still closed

SANDTON – A week after the promised opening of the refurbished licensing centre in Marlboro, no opening date has been provided.

The Marlboro Licensing Centre has been closed for extensive renovations that promised better customer experiences since 11 June.

However, the promised opening date of 6 August has since passed, with delays from the contractors. No new completion date has been provided yet, but the community who applied for license cards at the Marlboro Licensing Centre are able to pick up their cards at the testing centre.

The testing centre is located next to the Pikitup Depot in Marlboro and they are open from 7.30am to 3pm.

The community must bring their receipt or temporary license together with their ID book to collect licences.

Details: To find out if your card is ready for collection contact 011 321 6398.
