SANDTON – There will be a march to the BRICS summit by the Break the BRICS Coalition.
Break the BRICS Coalition plan to march to the BRICS summit today (26 July) at 11am.
Trevor Ngwane says the group is only catering for big businesses instead of the working class.
Metro police spokesperson Chief Superintendent Wayne Minnaar confirmed that the group will march from the Gautrain station in Sandton to the speaker’s corner.
“We want to raise public awareness that there is another side to BRICS, there might be a price that poor people have to pay,” said Ngwane in an interview on SABC.
