Bryanston resident and domestic worker robbed at gunpoint

BRYANSTON – Police are investigating a case of house robbery after a victim was robbed at gunpoint.

A Bryanston resident and a domestic worker were recently robbed in a home invasion.

According to Captain Granville Meyer, spokesperson for the Sandton Police Station a case of house robbery is being investigated after the victim was robbed at gunpoint.

“The incident happened on 22 January when the suspect held up the victim and domestic worker and locked them in the toilet.”

Granville said an iPhone7 was stolen and nobody was hurt during the incident. “It is unknown how the suspect gained access to the house.”
