Box Cart Day at Junior College in Sunninghill

SANDTON – Junior College Preschool in Sunninghill recently held a Box Cart Day.

Junior College Preschool in Sunninghill recently celebrated its annual Box Cart Day where children ‘vroomed’ their way into the preschool in handmade box carts.

Parents participated in the school activity as they spent time with their little ones making the box carts.

This year’s box carts were very creative with the children arriving in a Lighting Macqueen cart, Hello Kitty cart and a school bus.

Laverne Machiridza, principal of the preschool said, “Once again, our Sunninghill children and parents have outdone themselves with their amazing talent and creativity! The children thoroughly enjoyed themselves ‘vrooming’ around the parking lot at preschool. They had plenty of fun ‘refueling’ and being pulled over by the ‘Metro police’ for speeding. “
