Johannesburg Water has informed residents in Sandton and Alex of a planned water interruption on due to a tie-in. The water supply across the City of Johannesburg is normal, with reservoir levels across the city in a satisfactory position.
The planned interruptions include the following suburbs:
- Edenburg
- Woodmead
- Woodmead Extensions
- Sunninghill
- Megawatt Park
- Paulshof
- Rivonia
- Gallo Manor
- Khyber Rock
- Marlboro
- Wynberg
- Kelvin
- Eastgate Extensions
- Wendywood
- Morningside Extensions
- Kramerville.
The interruption will take place on 30 august from 8am until 3pm and residents will have no water during this time. Restoration will be between 3pm and 5pm.
