Explorers become creative and invite Bryanston community members to join the conversation

BRYANSTON – The Explorers Friendship and Chat Group welcomes interested people from the community to join them for a talk.

The Explorers Friendship and Chat Group invites interested community members to join them for a talk on ‘How and why to be creative’ by counselling psychologist Eleen Polson on 21 July. The group, which began in 2015, hosts guest speakers who discuss a variety of topics on the third Friday of every month.

Inspirational speakers join at Real Life MBA for talks at Sandton Convention Centre

Polson is in private practice in Pretoria doing psychotherapy with adults and children using narrative therapy, hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming, trauma release exercises and arts with the aim of therapeutic understanding and release.

She believes creativity is the birth right of every person. Polson also has a passion for creative development and specialises in expressive arts therapy.

Co-ordinator of the group, Shelley Addis said, “This promises to be a fun meeting as we will use colour and movement through the garden.”

The event is open to anyone and begins at 9.30am for 10am on 21 July in Bryanston.

Details: Shelley on 083 409 7927.
