Hyde Park gets certificate of distinction in Mintek Quiz

HYDE PARK – A Grade 12 from Hyde Park High School was recently awarded a certificate in the Mintek Minquiz.

Paulus De Bruyn, Tristan Carlyon and Chloe Smith took part in the annual Mintek Minquiz.

The annual regional Mintek Minquiz recently took place on 18 May and a Grade 12 from Hyde Park High School received a Certificate of Distinction.

Paulus De Bruyn received the certificate for his individual assessment at the prestigious event, which is an anticipated event within the science fraternity.

Minquiz is organised by Mintek, a national science council specialising in mineral and metallurgical technology.
