Keeping warm this winter
MORNINGSIDE MANOR — DA urges members of the public to donate jerseys or blankets this winter.
A blanket and jersey drive will take place on 20 May at the Ernest Ullmann Centre, corner Minto and Alma roads in Morningside Manor from 9am to 1pm in conjunction with Ward 103.
The DA-driven initiative urges members of the public to donate blankets and jerseys on the day and they will be able to meet with Ward 103 councillor, Vincent Erp.

Erp said of the initiative, “The cold season is fast approaching and so many underprivileged adults and children will go cold this winter. We urge members of the public to please drop off any jerseys or blankets, both new and old to try and keep as many people as possible warm this winter.”
