Business breakfast at Waterfall

SANDTON – The IIE Business School recently hosted a business breakfast with keynote speaker, Lebu Gunguluza.

 

The IIE Business School recently hosted its business breakfast at Varsity College Waterfall.

The Next Level Business Breakfast was aimed at encouraging employee development and career growth in business and was an ideal platform for like-minded and motivated business people to form relationships and learn career lessons.

The keynote speaker was Lebo Gunguluza, entrepreneur, inspirational business speaker and Dragons Den SA investor. At the young age of 27, he is one of the youngest self-made millionaires in South Africa without any funding or tenders from the government.

Lebo spoke about five important aspects any business should have on their checklist which are employee development, employee retention, developing a breakthrough mentality, staff looking for career growth and investing in staff to better grow your company.

Melody Hendy, manager at The Business School at Varsity College said, “The presentation by Lebo proved to be extremely valuable, he spoke of useful information that pertained to smaller and larger corporates. This event enabled the school to showcase its flagship the IIE Management and Development Programme, and allows corporates the opportunity to network among each other and form valuable relationships with similar industry specialists.”
