St Peter’s turns 10

PAULSHOF – St Peter's Girls Prep celebrate the school's 10th birthday.

St Peter’s Girls Prep celebrated the school’s 10th birthday on 20 October during a celebratory Eucharist before it closed for its mid-term break.

The commemorative Holy Communion was an opportunity for pupils to listen to guest speakers, including Trish Attlee, who was one of the school’s founders and also headmistress when the school began in 2006 and who used the opportunity to reflect on the school’s 10-year history. The Venerable Trevor Prince led the service and current headmaster, Darrel Webb also had a chance to address the pupils.

St Peter’s staff and pupils then formed the number 10 on the school’s field so that aerial photographs could be taken by Graeme Reynolds, who’s sons previously attended St Peter’s Boys Prep.

Finally, pupils, staff and guests got to enjoy a birthday party in the school’s honour.
