Explorers Chat Group to host meeting, all welcome
BRYANSTON – Join the Explorers Chat Group meeting for a demonstration on the use of super food, kale.
The Explorers Chat Group will host another meeting on 15 July at 10 Baker Street in Bryanston.
This is a fun group of people who are conscious about keeping up with the times and being informed and entertained on a range of interesting subjects, as well as making new friends. This month, the group will host Sadie Cutland, one of the founders of CHOC, the Childhood Cancer Foundation of South Africa, followed by Che Upton, a chef at the Leafy Greens restaurant.
Che will discuss kale as a super food and demonstrate its uses in juices, soups, salads and main courses. These tasty samples will then be consumed by the group followed by tea and conversation.
Cutland will discuss matters pertaining to the foundation and cancer.
The meeting is open to the public and all community members are encouraged to attend.
