Victor Mthobeni: Freedom of the press is very important to me. Wrong or right, we deserve to hear everything. The SABC must not hide things from us.
Loi Thobesane: It is important to me that our government allows us to express ourselves. I believe that we have a right to know about all issues in our country.Lerato Sekoko: We deserve to know about everything that happens in our country. I think it is wrong that the SABC wants to limit what we may know about.Joy Jean-Marie: I believe that censorship of information, and limited freedom of press can do this country harm. Not only in the SABC but in other forms of government. We deserve this freedom.Angela van Wyk: It’s definitely important to have freedom of the press. I believe it is our right as citizens of a democratic South Africa to have full access of information.Sean Smith: Freedom of speech means not letting the powers that be control who we are, or what we do by censoring what ‘they’ are doing to control us.
