Meeting dates for Mad Domestic Watch released

WENDYWOOD – The dates for this year's Make A Difference (Mad) Domestic Watch meetings have been released.

 

The meetings will take place every second last Wednesday of each month, from January to October, at the Christ Church, located on the corner of Rooseveld and Haldane roads in Wendywood, and the meetings will start at 11.30am.

In November, Domestic Watch will host their year-end party on 17 November from 10am to 2pm at the Rosebank Union Church.

Crime prevention lessons will also be available at the meetings from Annie Conway and these will cost R40 per attendee.

The meetings are open to employers, domestic workers and gardeners and also include visits from police officers to give valuable information to attendees.
