Buccleuch residents can view review notice on Waterfall project

BUCCLEUCH – Buccleuch residents interested in the Waterfall Fields Mixed Use Development are invited to review the Draft Environmental Impact Assessment Report.

This announcement was made by the Buccleuch Residents’ Action Community (BRACe), with the notice released by Bokamoso Landscape Architects and Environmental Consultants CC.

The draft report will be available until 5 February at Plantland Crowthorne or from the company’s website and residents can review or register any issues and concerns which will be included and addressed in the final report.

The site for the proposed Waterfall Fields Mixed Use Development is situated to the south of Allandale Road, to the east of the N1 highway and immediately west of the Gautrain maintenance yard.

It is furthermore located on the south-eastern corner of the intersection between the proposed K60 Provincial Road and the R101 Provincial Road.
