CPF Sector 4 releases agenda for upcoming meeting

KELVIN – The Sandton Community Police Forum Sector 4 subforum will host their last meeting for the year on 26 November at Cescos in Kelvin from 6.30pm.

End the year on a high... Chairperson of the Sandton Sector 4 CPF invites residents within the sector to the last CPF subforum meeting of the year, taking place in Kelvin.

The sector has also released an agenda for the meeting and residents are requested to print it out and bring it along to the meeting. The first meeting for next year will be held on 28 January and the venue is yet to be confirmed.

6.30pm: Welcome, thanks and apologies – Chairperson and floor
6.30pm: Matters arising, acceptance of previous minutes – Floor
6.35pm: Sector 4 commander’s report – Captain Richard Semenya
6.50pm: Presentation: AssetDot/DataDot followed by Q and A – AssetDot
7.10pm: Ward councillors feedback – Councillors
7.15pm: Security companies reports – Various security companies
7.25pm: Identified areas of concern/crime hotspots – Floor
7.30pm Funds for the Sandton CPF – Chairperson
7.30pm: General/any other business/close and Sandton CPF Fun Run 2016 – Floor
