Brescia House welcomes alumni ahead of jubilee

BRYANSTON – In preparation for its upcoming 50-year jubilee taking place next year, Brescia House School recently welcomed back one of its former pupils.

Delia van den Handel recently visited the Bryanston-based school with her daughter Kim Heger, also a former Brescia pupil, and her granddaughter, Jade Heger, who is currently doing Grade 1 at the school.

Van den Handel started at Brescia House in 1966, the very first year Brescia opened its doors, and expressed excitement at being back all these years later.

“She was delighted that her granddaughter also attends the school and shared fond memories of her time at Brescia,” said Helga Bishop of the school.

Brescia House School’s marketing department also urged former Brescia pupils currently not on the alumni mailing list to get in touch with the school to add their contact details.
