Police still on the hunt for burglary suspect

WYNBERG – The Bramley police are appealing to community members to assist them with apprehending a suspect who has been on the run since last year.

The suspect, Oscar Ndlovu, is wanted in connection with an alleged business burglary that took place in December in Wynberg. Ndlovu is said to have worked at the business as a security guard.

According to Warrant Officer Moses Maphakela, spokesperson for Bramley police, Ndlovu reported for the night shift duty on the day of the incident.

“While he was on duty, the suspect allegedly broke into the premises and stole bags, some of which were later recovered at his house,” he said.

Maphakela added that when the discovery was made, Ndlovu ran away and still remains at large.

He appealed to residents to come forward and report any information which may assist Bramley police in apprehending Ndlovu.
